Scarf of tea-stained vintage linen toile with French fringe trim

A lovely tea-stained scarf of vintage circa 1950s ocher linen toile—my pick of the moment. All hand-sewn with pearl cotton topstitching. Trimmed on the front side with antique French fringe. The natural creases and visible hand stitching add an endearing touch. Tied as shown it measures about 48 inches around.  Wear it casual. Just put it over your head and arrange it inside the open collar of your white shirt, or whatever your heart desires.
